Both individuals were issued criminal citations for open container. One of them was found to have two open arrest warrants through Montgomery County for (you may not believe this) open container. When the officers arrived they discovered that someone had stolen a 1998 Lincoln Town Car sometime between Midnight and 6:20 am. The thieves were unable to get away with the vehicle because the icy road conditions caused them to crash just down the street.

4600 block of 30th Street: At about 2:30 pm officers took a vandalism to auto report. The victim/owner of 2000 Buick told the officers that sometime between 10 pm on February 13th and the time of the report someone slashed one of the car’s tires.

4200 block of 34th Street: At about 2:30 pm officers took a vandalism to auto report. The victim/owner of a 1997 Dodge van told the officers that sometime between 10 pm on February 13th and the time of the report someone slashed one of the car’s tires.

4000 block of 31st Place: At about 11 pm officers received a call for an assault with a knife. The officer’s investigation revealed that the male complainant had met a female on the internet and brought her to his residence with the intent of having sexual relations. When the female decided that she did not want to participate the man panicked and ran out of the residence. He went to a neighbor’s house where he called police and stated that the woman threatened to kill him with a knife. The man gave the officers inconstant stories and was believed to be under the influence of narcotics. Officers assisted the woman in finding safe transportation back to her city of residence.

Monday February 15th:
