3700 block of Perry Street: At about 1:15 pm officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the stop the officers discovered that the driver was in possession of a crack pipe. She was issued both a criminal citation for possession of narcotics paraphernalia and the appropriate traffic citations and released without further incident.
