She was able to provide a detailed description of the man and hide in her bathroom until police arrived. When the man saw the officers he attempted to flee on foot but was caught immediately. He was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted burglary, trespassing, possession of CDS paraphernalia and stalking. He was delivered to the custody of DOC in Hyattsville.

One Municipal Place: At about 10 pm officers received a call for a man down. The officers were able to wrestle him to the ground and place him under arrest and in handcuffs. He was delivered to the custody of DOC in Upper Marlboro and charged with possession of alcohol in a public place, disorderly conduct, resisting a lawful arrest and assault on a police officer.

Even if the charging station isn’t malicious, the manufacturer or owner of the kiosk may require users to input their email addresses or phone numbers in order to charge their devices, potentially exposing them to unwanted marketing campaigns, spam emails, and scam calls.
