4200 block of 33rd Street: Search warrant - 7:00 pm. MRPD officers assisted detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department in executing a search warrant in reference to locating weapons used in an attempt 1st degree murder case that occurred in their jurisdiction.
1 Municipal Place: Disorderly conduct/assault - 7:40 38pm. Officers stopped to conduct field interviews with several individuals loitering at the bus terminal. The individuals told the officers that they were waiting on the bus. The officers left after advising the group to either take the bus or move along. The officers observed several busses arrive and depart however the group continued to loiter at the bus stop. The officers returned to further investigate and when they began speaking with the group two of them became very loud and disorderly causing a scene. One of the subjects also attempted to physically assault one of the officers. At that time officers arrested two subjects for disorderly conduct and assault. They were delivered to the custody of DOC in Hyattsville.
